Inspired by the theme of this sixth edition of the Radio-Hull festival, Call and Response, the Radio-Hull team wanted to create a space for discussion where local artists and arts organizations could talk about identity, challenges, future plans, and community life. This desire to give a voice to cultural actors in the Outaouais region gave rise to the radio segment we have named Radio-Entrevues.

Its objective is simple: to take the pulse of the region's cultural scene by talking to the people who bring it to life! More so, these discussions are also intended as a first step in the creation of a local audio archive library. Recorded here at Centre de production DAÏMÔN and broadcast on Radio-Hull, these interviews aim to combine the simplicity of a conversation among friends with the complexity of the cultural reality here in Outaouais.

Tune in to 106.5 FM (Gatineau) or visit www.radiohull.ca Tuesday through Friday at 1 p.m. to connect to local culture with a click, whether from your living room couch or your car seat! You'll find fascinating conversations, laughter, and discoveries.
