John Boyle-Singfield works to maintain and tend to multiple situations at the same time. His research focuses on the images between images—those that are not considered important or worthy of attention—which convey certain notions of class division and established ideologies. Through gestures that reveal nothing of their particular nature, they attempt to create unexpected works that, while not extravagant, are constructed simply from everyday objects.
