16:9 ratio is the alias of Noah Elliott Perkins, an Ottawa-based DJ, producer, and member of the band Los3r.In March of 2025, he released his debut album, Our Keyboards, on the net-label surf. The record moves through emotive and experimental terrain, borrowing pop structures to build a highly climactic body of work shaped by contrast; from lush, expressive ambient trance to dense walls of experimental noise. His music has also appeared on compilation releases for international ambient labels including XVIENCE (Japan) and soak (Kazakhstan).
