Olivier Fairfield

Olivier Fairfield is a versatile multi-instrumentalist artist, composer and musician, working in many artistic disciplines including theater, dance, film and the performing arts.


Accompanying musician on

national and international tours for a variety of Canadian groups and artists, including Patrick Watson, Timber Timbre, Andy Shauf and Leif Vollebekk.





Musician on over 200 studio recordings for Canadian and international artists including Lou Doillon, Adam Cohen and M Ward. Composer, arranger and producer for a variety of bands and artists including his own bands and projects such as FET.NAT, Last Ex and H. de Heutz.


In 2021, he finalized the composition, recording and production of the soundtrack for

Nouveau Québec (Voyelles Films), a feature film written and directed by Sarah Fortin, as well as the launch of ALBUM S/T. This project, in collaboration with Simone Provencher, was made possible thanks to publishing by Toronto-based Telephone Explosion Records. Most recently, he composed the soundtrack for Seulement Toi, created by Anne Plamondon Productions and presented in the contemporary dance program at Usine C in Montreal, the Harbour Front Center in Toronto and the National Arts Centre in Ottawa.
