Yolande Laroche is a member of the art-rock band Pony Girl and composes music under her own name as well as under the pseudonym Orchidae. She frequently collaborates with her husband, Nick Schofield, the self-proclaimed “ambassador of ambient music.” They live together in Gatineau, Quebec, with their dog, Bug.
